Project LM Lifetime Warranty Explained
Thank you for your order with Project LM. We pride ourselves on offering superior parts as a result of top of the line design, engineering, and use of quality materials. Even though we use the best process during manufacturing, we want you to rest assured that in the rare instance that an issue arises, we’ve got you covered.
Project LM offers a warranty to cover the parts you order from us directly that guarantees the parts to be free of manufacturing defect for the lifetime of use. If you believe your Project LM part is defective:
- It must be returned to us for inspection by our special warranty claims department.
- After the part has been inspected, Project LM will verify that the part is free of defect due to negligence, unauthorized repair, disassembly, or any use or handling in an unauthorized way.
- Project LM will determine if the part needs to be repaired or replaced upon inspection. If product can be repaired, all parts, labor, and shipping costs will be covered by Project LM. Should the part need to be fully replaced, it will be at no cost to the customer.
It is up to Project LM to determine, through its sole discretion, if the product is defective in materials or workmanship. Project LM will honor all valid warranty claims. If product can be repaired, all parts, labor, and shipping costs will be covered by Project LM. Should the part need to be fully replaced, it will be at no cost to the customer.
Customers must also provide proof of original purchase, so keep your documents at time of purchase. Warranties are non-transferrable and terms are subject to change.
